Fanfiction.net is a widely know, well organized, way to read fanfiction. They have fiction on books, movies, anime, and even games.

Adult fanfiction at its most abundant. You can find anything there, I think they may even accept original works.

Fiction Press is the original writer's dream. I have posted many works on there, and it's very simple and easy to use. They accept poetry, as well as chapter stories.
